Your household’s renewal eligibility is assessed based on the timeliness of your rental payments, and any HOA violations that might occur during your tenancy.
Based on these factors, the homeowner will decide whether or not to renew, and you will receive notice of this decision 90 days before the end of your lease, via email.
If you are offered a renewal, you can submit your response (either accept or provide your notice to move out) via the new Great Jones Resident App (https://app.greatjones.co). If you do not yet have an account, you can sign up here.
Please note, only primary residents are able to submit a renewal decision on behalf of the household.
Once you decide to renew your lease, we will email over the lease documents for you, and all household members over 18, to sign. Once the renewal lease is signed by everyone in your home, Great Jones will countersign the lease and the renewal will be finalized.
