How do I submit my official notice to vacate?

We send renewal offers to eligible residents three months prior to your lease end date. At that time you'll have the option to either accept the renewal or provide your notice to vacate via the Great Jones Resident app.

If you'd like to provide us notice prior to this time, please send us an email to [e-mail] and include the following information:

• Expected Move Out Date
• Your current address
• Confirmation that everyone in the home is moving out
• Your primary reason for moving out
• Your forwarding address (if you know it yet)
• Confirmation that you have a lockbox at your home from move in

We need your written request to ensure that we will be able to process your move out, including the return of your security deposit, in a timely manner.
