The old portal (https://noho.twa.rentmanager.com) will still be available to you for now, but we eventually plan to phase this out in favor of our new portal — this is all in service of delivering a more reliable resident experience.
The new Resident Portal (https://app.greatjones.co) will provide an easier and clearer way to see your open charges and payment history.
In the new portal, you’ll still be able to:
- See a list of current and previous charges
- See a list of payments that you’ve made in the past
- See your lease start and end date
- See when your balance is overdue and the date your late fee will go into effect
- See your CashPay account number if you have one
- See instructions on how to pay rent if you do not want to pay online
- See how much deposit Great Jones has on file on your behalf
- See the email and phone number for Great Jones support
- Search and browse help topics for answers to support questions
In the near future, we’ll be adding even more visibility and functionality to customize and tailor your portal specifically to you, so we encourage you to create an account to the new portal today!
