Great Jones has partnered with Latchel to offer residents a Concierge Home Assistant to help with the following:
- Schedule work on your home
- Troubleshoot in-home problems
- Fulfill repairs and maintenance
- 24/7 phone support for emergencies
Residents will be able to submit repair requests via phone, web, and SMS. Should a service call be necessary, the Concierge will then tap into the Great Jones vendor network and coordinate with the most readily available service provider to visit the home and repair the issue.
The speedy troubleshooting & maintenance dispatching enabled by this partnership works towards Great Jones' vision to streamline the end-to-end maintenance service experience. Behind the scenes, Great Jones is continuing to support this vision with an ever-expanding vendor network and standardization across our network to ensure high-quality work is performed at a reasonable cost.
