What should I do with the keys when I move out?

You will receive a lockbox 7 business days prior to your move-out date so that you can place your keys in there on the day you move out. The lockbox will be placed on your front door or the side entrance by the Great Jones employee (you will not need to set up or install the lockbox).

Using the lockbox:

1. Set silver dials to correct code.
2. Locate the lever above the dials on the front of the lid. Slide and hold the lever down to open the lid.
3. Lift the lid from the security lockbox and place the keys inside.
4. Once the keys are inside, close the lid and confirm that the lockbox is locked.
5. Turn the silver dials so that they are no longer set to the code above.

If you cannot access or open the lockbox, please leave the keys hidden on the outside of the property and text the location or a photo to 239-932-3454. Preferred places to leave the keys include: under the doormat, inside the mailbox, or inside a weatherproof exterior outlet cover. 

What if I have not received my lockbox in time for my move-out date?

If you have not received a lockbox by your move-out date, please leave the key hidden on the outside of the property and text the location or a photo of the key to 239-932-3454.
