How do I use my CashPay card?

To use CashPay, simply provide an authorized retailer your account number and inform them that you are paying towards PayLease Community Payments.

What information do I need to provide a retailer?

All of the information you need will be provided in your CashPay registration email or physical CashPay Card issued by Great Jones.

Instructions to Retail Agents:

• Select 'PayLease Community Payments' to make a bill payments.

  • Verify that the cashier selected PayLease Community Payments as the payment account or "bill to" account, before authorizing, this will also be printed on the final receipt!

• Enter the customer’s PayLease Account ID#

  • Account information provided on your CashPay letter or CashPay card.

• The cashier will collect the payment and should instruct the resident to keep their receipt.

Make Payments With Your PayLease Card:

• Find the nearest CheckFreePay agent location at: www.paylease.com/cashpay/locations

• Present your PayLease card and cash payment

• Keep your receipt; for questions about your payment, contact your property management office.
