In certain instances, monies owed for maintenance or repair calls that are deemed to be resident-caused damage may be initially taken out of your rental income so as to ensure 3rd party service professionals are paid in a timely manner and continue to provide high quality services.

Upon collecting these additional fees from residents, you will see a maintenance chargeback in your Income on your monthly statements, indicating that you were reimbursed for the initial maintenance charges taken from your rental income.
