How do I fund a turn?

To make an Owner Contribution, you can use one of the following payment methods:

We begin work on your home once we receive payment. You have a few options for funding your turn:

Credit or Debit Card

Processed Instantly

 We will follow up with you via phone to collect your credit card information. Incurs a +3% processing fee, but often the cost is made up by time saved.

ACH Direct Deposit

Processed Instantly

We will withdraw funds via ACH from the account you have on file with us (this is typically the account that you provided to us that we pay your rent into).

My Current Great Jones Balance

Processed Instantly

 We will withdraw funds you have in reserve with us. Note this may include rental income from other properties.

Please note that if your current balance is less than the amount owed for the turn, using this option could significantly increase your vacancy time since we can’t start work until the turn is fully funded. 

Wire Transfer

Processed in 3-5 Business Days

You will wire us the funds to a Great Jones bank account.  Wire instructions will be available directly on the payment page in your scope.

Mail a Check

Processed in 5-7 Business Days

You will send us a check via mail — we recommend expedited mail to avoid lengthy delays.
