What are habitability expenses?

Habitability expenses are required to be completed in order for Great Jones to market your home.

These are required work items that need to be resolved to make your home legally rentable. Examples include: locking doors and windows; weather & insect sealing; a functioning refrigerator/freezer and stove; working HVAC in extreme weather climates; smoke detectors; and items required by state and local ordinances, such as window screens or window coverings.
