Can I manage the turn for my own homes?

You can! Please review the following details before choosing this option.

You may choose to manage the turn for your own homes; however, if you choose to do so, Great Jones will not coordinate or otherwise manage any aspect of the turnover project. Additionally, the completion of your turn work items must meet our habitability standards in order for us to legally market your property.

Should you choose to manage your own turn, our next involvement will be when you advise us that all work is complete, at which point we will inspect to confirm that all habitability issues have been addressed and proceed to market the property. Please only request a QA inspection after confirming all habitability items have been addressed.
