A full month of rent is due upon Move-In and applied to your Statement. The following month, the prorated rent will be applied to your statement.
When a Great Jones resident is placed in a home, they are required to pay the first month’s rent, the security deposit, and the pet fee (if applicable) regardless of their Move-In date, in full.

That first month’s rent is immediately applied to your Monthly Rental Income. The prorated rent, however, is billed in the second month of their residency.

For instance, if your home rented for $1,000, and your Resident moved in on June 15th, you would see Monthly Rent for $1,000 on your June Statement and Monthly Rent for $500 on your July Statement.
